Darkly Origins A phenomenal score! A masterpiece, akin to The Awakening (OST), Devil’s Advocate (OST), Goldsmith’s Omen OSTs, Horner’s Braveheart OST, Crimson Tide OST, Enemy at the Gates OST, Olivier Messiaen’s many works, and Penderecki’s Lacrimosa! I could go on and on, comparing this score to many other great works., wherever you should get the point by now…. It’s dark, foreboding and emotionally tumultuous…. This is a French masterpiece…. Alexis Maingaud really brought his game here. Favorite track: Violin Sonata Op. 54 « Rose ».
